My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although quite dusty initially, ended up being spacious with a large living and study area, alongside a nice bedroom. The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly, but there was an unfortunate incident of rudeness and neglect on a Christmas Eve. The location was convenient with easy access to public transport, but lacked dining options within the hotel premises. The dining experience offered a wide range of food, but it fell short compared to other hotels. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
